12 Week Health and Wellness Challenge

The 12 Week Health and Wellness Challenge was created for busy people who want the structure of a challenge but don’t feel they have time for weekly sessions. It’s a combination of information, action plan, and accountability. You choose your goal, we provide the structure.

CHALLENGE PACKAGES:
Individual $120 - includes 12 weeks of handouts to guide you through gradual, lasting change; weekly check-in via e-mail or text.

Group:
Harness the power of group support! Gather up friends or family and tackle your individual goals together. Includes 12 weeks of handouts to guide you through gradual, lasting change; weekly support and check-in via e-mail or text.
2 people: $100 each
3 people: $90 each
4 people: $80 each
5+ people: $70 each

I lost 31 pounds and I changed my eating habits.

My life changed a lot and I learned a lot about myself.

I was lost because I lost sight of the most important factor - ME.  You helped me to organize. You helped me to categorize. You taught me that mental and physical health are dependent on one another. And you taught me how to love myself again.  And despite COVID-19, I was able to not only reach every 6 month goal I set, but surpass them (in less time than expected)...Most importantly, I’ve lost 20 pounds and currently remain in the best mental health state ever.
